Zix Signature Manager – How to reactivate suspended licenses

• Open Outlook
• Click on ZixMail tab
• Click on ZixSignature Manager

 

 

 

• Highlight your email signature
• Click on Update Status

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

• The status should change to Active
• Once in Active status you are ready to send encrypted emails again
